Shipping Policy
ACE Forge Systems LLC (“ACE Forge Systems”) builds each gaming PC to order.. Because every system is individually assembled, configured, tested, and quality-checked before shipment, orders require processing and build time before they are handed over to the shipping carrier.
Build & Processing Time
Build and processing times may vary depending on component availability, order volume, system configuration, and testing requirements. Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once their order has been completed and transferred to the carrier. Most systems are expected to require up to approximately 10 business days for build and processing before shipment. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and additional time may be required for limited-availability or specialty components, particularly flagship configurations such as the APEX ROG Gaming PC.
Any delivery estimate provided by the shipping carrier applies after the order has been shipped and does not include the time required to source components, assemble, configure, and test the system.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size and weight, and available carrier services.
ACE Forge Systems currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed during checkout.
Tracking
Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided using the contact information associated with the order. Carrier tracking may take some time to update after the shipping label is created or the package is accepted by the carrier.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the shipping box or gaming PC appears damaged, retain all original packaging and shipping materials and contact ACE Forge Systems promptly.
Photos of the shipping box, protective packaging, and affected areas of the system may be requested so that we can evaluate the issue and, when applicable, assist with a carrier claim.
Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. ACE Forge Systems is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Carrier delays, severe weather, service disruptions, and other circumstances outside the control of ACE Forge Systems may affect estimated delivery dates.
High-Value Shipments
For the protection of our customers and ACE Forge Systems, high-value orders may be shipped with additional safeguards, including signature confirmation, declared-value or shipping protection, and other delivery-verification measures.
ACE Forge APEX ROG Gaming PC orders require signature confirmation upon delivery. A responsible recipient must be available to accept and sign for the shipment. Additional shipping protections may be applied based on the value of the order and carrier requirements.
Shipping charges displayed at checkout reflect the shipping method selected for the applicable product. Shipping charges do not represent the value or limits of any carrier insurance or shipping-protection coverage.
